I recently watched a movie that made me sit down and write this.
It's originally written in Bulgarian ( by me ), but I translated it in English. The meaning isn't exactly the same but you'll at least get an idea of the Bulgarian text.

На света има много прекрасни хора. Хора, които ги е грижа за теб, хора, които те желаят !
Моля те да не се натъжаваш заради нещата, които ни заобикалят, нещата, които ни карат да се чувстваме сами и нужни никому. Винаги вярвай в това, което правиш, вярвай в себе си и НИКОГА не забравяй, че има хора, които зависят от теб, които се нуждаят от теб, такъв/такава какъвто/каквато си !

There are plenty of great people living on this world. People who care about you, people who desire you. Please don't be sad because of thing surrounding us, thinks that make us feel so alone, so unneeded. Always believe in what you do, have faith in you're self !! Remember that people depend on you and what you are !
